WIP Wednesday - Bleh.

I can't say last week was an entirely bad week, but it definitely wasn't a great one!  I have high hopes that this week will be better!  It was so bleh that I never even got around to posting my usual WIP post. Monday we lost power, so no sewing was even attempted (but I did try to crochet by the light of glow bracelets, kinda worked...) and Tuesday was spent redoing some vinyl handles that are the bane of my existence.  New rule, vinyl handles on a purse now add on $10 on principle.

I'm starting to feel the stress of moving a child off to college, and trying to stay productive, instead of curling in a ball and refusing to let her move out....we'll see how that goes. ;) The good news is that when I'm not feeling productive, I usually run the embroidery machine to at least have SOMETHING being made...so I have a few new giant unicorn bows ready to go and more keychains to cut out.  And after I finish up the next purse for an order, I have a bunch of blankets that aren't very complex to bust out.

Also, I think it's time to close purse orders for August, at least until I have the list back under 15....plus preorders are going to start coming in again and I need to squeeze those in as they arrive!

Tried a new 'quick' project, fabric covered buttons into magnets.  I have about 50 button forms to use up because I went overboard, as usual... ;)

• Unicorn Weebee - August UFO goal to finish - horn done, half of the the mane finished, still needs a face, everything attached, and a dress!
• Dragon scarf - worked on it a bit, need to finish it up!
• Cotton coffee cup cozies - add buttons and felties, keep making more...
• WeeBee baby doll  - Just needs some face details, and maybe a swimsuit to wear when she's not in her tail...bikini sort of works...made up my own pattern and it's interesting...
• Chunky Unicorn Blanket - almost finished up to the hood, then just ears, horn, and fringe! - This got stashed somewhere, so I need to remember where the 'safe place' is.
• C2C (corner to corner) baby doll blanket crochet with some random scarfie yarn - Need to figure out what hook I was using...
• Mermaid tail towel, need to dig this back out.
• More crochet cowls to stock up for the fall shows! 
•  C2C blanket for my son, already the right width, now to get it long enough for a child that I expect will be taller than me!

• Crayon Rolls - time to cut more and find the pre-cut ones! - Started gathering all the fabrics I keep stockpiling...I already have an overflowing fabric cube and that's just the first pass!
