WIP Thursday - Not Ready for August

Instead of working on my Factotum for the final UFO project (besides the rivets on the purse project, which I DID finish), I decided to make myself a new purse for some selfish birthday sewing!  I finished it in only 2 days, but now that I've started using it I think I need to open it up and add some extra interfacing to the top, it's slightly too slouchy...but that will have to wait for a bit of free time.

August is the start of my crazy prep mode, so I'll be ordering more lanterns to make for craft shows and online orders, cutting fabric for crayon rolls and teeny backpacks, stitching out hooded towels, cutting out keychains and bows (and stitching more), and essentially turning my usually busy sewing studio into a sweat shop with one overworked employee!  This might be the year I can finally trust my kids to do more than quality control, but we'll see... I'd love to make a dent in my fabric stash, or at least my vinyl stash but I might buy too fast to see that happen. ;)

• baby blanket with Boho style Racoon- 90% done with applique pieces but getting too warm out to work on blankets!
• Unicorn Weebee - July UFO goal to finish - body is done (needs horn and face), working on the mane now! - Somehow the month got away from me and I didn't have time to sit and crochet, August finish for sure!
• Dragon scarf - worked on it a bit, need to finish it up!
• Cotton coffee cup cozies - add buttons and felties, keep making more...
• WeeBee baby doll  - Just needs some face details, and maybe a swimsuit to wear when she's not in her tail...bikini sort of works...made up my own pattern and it's interesting...
• Chunky Unicorn Blanket - almost finished up to the hood, then just ears, horn, and fringe! - This got stashed somewhere, so I need to remember where the 'safe place' is.
• C2C (corner to corner) baby doll blanket crochet with some random scarfie yarn - Need to figure out what hook I was using...
• Mermaid tail towel, need to dig this back out.
• More crochet cowls to stock up for the fall shows! 
•  C2C blanket for my son, already the right width, now to get it long enough for a child that I expect will be taller than me!

• Crayon Rolls - time to cut more and find the pre-cut ones! - Started gathering all the fabrics I keep stockpiling...I already have an overflowing fabric cube and that's just the first pass!
