The Sydney from Swoon (affiliated link) is definitely one of my most requested patterns, and I never get tired of making it since each one looks totally different!

Such a happy purse! |
The request for this one was to use the fun Tink panel, and since the main fabric is a strange shade that I couldn't find a perfect match for, we went for a vibrant green to coordinate. I love how it pops!

Her tattoos are themed!

More green inside the pockets!
The tattooed princesses is an older custom fabric from Fabric Geeks (Now 5 Oceans), and I have a collection of the panels since they are so fun and detailed! The request for this purse was to increase the size a little to make it wide enough to hold notebooks. I added in an extra inch to the gusset and top zipper panel area.

Peeking in the pocket, plus check out that nearly straight strap stitching!

The hardware on this came from
Wizardry, Stitchery, and Crafts, the castle and floral skull zippers were perfect! I even had a lime green zipper to coordinate!

Rainbow castle on lime green zipper

Rainbow floral skull on more lime green zipper!

Buckle D rings, rainbow zipper ends, and silver hooks...but it all works! | I even used rainbow magnetic snaps, perfect touch!
For the lining, I had a villains licensed print that worked great. I love using lighter colored fabrics for linings, makes it easier to find stuff!
Yep, even green inside this pocket!
Nice and roomy! with slip pockets on the other side

If you need a Sydney of your own, I have more of this fabric, or a TON of other fun ones!
Do you have a site you sell from? I’m looking for a custom Evee Pokémon diaper bag?
ReplyDeleteI have a facebook group where I have albums of fabric and purse styles, Tiger in a Tornado Creations, or you can also contact me through my etsy shop, www.tigerinatornado.etsy.com :)
