I'm not sure where last week went, but somehow all the blog posts and projects I planned to work on never got finished...BUT I had a somewhat productive long weekend and was able to mark a few things off the list... I really need to stay focused for the rest of this week! A batch of bunnies did get finished, and now I need to decide if I'm ready to try to list them on Etsy, or just take orders through the group/FB and not stress about getting a lot of orders.

I never seem to have a chance to enter into sewing challenges/competitions, sometimes because I'm being tasked to judge the entries, and more commonly, because I never have spare time. For a change, I had spare time (but I'm judging) so I decided to whip up a quick clutch with some random magenta fabric I found in my stash!

Orders aren't RUSHING in, but they are definitely starting to pick up! I'm trying to stay on top of them so that I still have time to squeeze in fun projects and promo projects...like this fun new vinyl from Wizardry, Stitchery, and Crafts that is releasing tomorrow. It's a really nice vinyl and I got a scrap pack to test out. So far working great for embroidery!

When I saw this pattern, I knew it needed to have a fancy fabric accent and be one of my 'classy' purses! The Ruffled Runaway is an adorable bag that can be fun or fancy! (or Fancy fun!)
