WIP Wednesday - Organized Chaos Goblin

I was trying to describe my Sewing Studio to someone, and I told them I was an "organized chaos goblin." I think that pretty much describes me. I like to see those bright and clean spaces with just a few shelves of tastefully arranged supplies and fancy rugs in the center, but I'm more of a collector (it's not hoarding if you use it...eventually) of fine supplies, and my room resembles a craft store that exploded. I actually do know where most of those supplies are, so that's why I say it's "organized" chaos. Anyone else might come into the room, pause in shock, and quickly back out before they disappear under an avalanche of fabric, but it's FINE.

That being said, I really do need to work on that destashing that I keep planning to do. Maybe this will be the month I finally clear out some fabric! It's just very discouraging when I take pics, measure, and list up yards and yards of fabric...and then only sell 2 pieces of the 50+ I listed. At that rate, I'm more likely to sew through my collection before I sell the extras. And I'm pretty sure I have enough supplies to last me for at least 30 more years.

• Crochet Cowls (mini button scarves) -  0/5 - need finished with buttons and ends woven in

• Crayon Rolls - (0/50) - finish and list on etsy
• Posh books - (5/50) - pretty and character vinyl, plus some more snarky ones that can go on Etsy

• March -- crochet project, I might try to hot glue the pieces of the fox I started forever ago and frame them instead of trying to put them on a blanket.
