The
India Hobo bag is such a fun and fast sew, and I really love the reversible option!

The song kept getting stuck in my head as I made this purse...

Panel on the reversible side |
The fabric came from
MoonBeam Textiles, and the woven is awesome to work with for purses! Even using CL on the panels is easy, and it gives the finished product a super soft feel!
To really get the most out of the panels, I used one for the inside and one for the outside, so depending on how you feel, you can pick which goes on the outside. It's like having 2 purses in one!

True story. |
I also was able to use some epic rainbow bling from
Wizardry, Stitchery, and Crafts! I really love the rainbow zipper tape she carries, no gaps between the colors! And fun pulls that don't have to be specific for one fandom!
|
Nice and easy to open zipper! |
|
Even went with rainbow inside the pockets! |
This fabric is so bright and cheerful, I wish I had stockpiled more!

Watercolor rainbow stripes |
The
India is a surprisingly roomy hobo bag, ready to be shoved full of whatever you need to carry, but deceptively slim if you only need a few things! I really do love making this purse, it's a fast project and has great style!

Things might get lost in the depths, but they shouldn't fall out at least!! |
|
slim-ish |

Fun little bubbles of characters! |
