The second fabric set I received for the Ambassador projects was from the Baxter Mill Archives. This one was printed onto a polyester base, so it was a little more slippery to work with. I was a little concerned since the colors were so bright and vibrant and decided to pre-wash, but there was NO bleeding or fading, even after drying on high (didn't realize at first that it was polyester! Oops!)

Orange and hot pink - Very dashing!

Between the flaps pocket |
These are not colors I'd normally pick, but they are very vibrant and fun colors!

Back side - could have stuck a pocket or something on it, but I don't think it needs MORE pockets! |
I've been working lately with a lot of custom printed fabrics, some of the cotton woven ones are as silky as polyester and it didn't even occur to me to check what the fabric actually was. Fortunately I only had a near miss on melting the fabric when my iron was too hot, and I was able to save that piece! Lesson learned, check fabric content BEFORE ironing!!

Good thing I had an orange zipper on hand...stash to the rescue! |
I have no plans for this one, so I'm going to run a giveaway! Watch for the rafflecopter post later this week!
