WIP Wednesday - Another Month Flies By!

Once again, my week/month is streaking past and I feel like I've done nothing but try to sew tiny things and dig through fabric.

Costumed Stitch Kenzie Cross Body Sling Style Bag (i Think Sew)

This bag was supposed to be a 'easy and simple zipper bag for a boy' but finding just the right pattern to use or hack turned out to be more difficult than I expected.  The main goals of the bag were something that would really show off the Stitch costume panel and be sized for a little boy.

Probably one of my most favorite of the costumes!

WIP Thursday - Slow Progress is Still Progress!

I was doing great this weekend, getting through my list and almost caught up! Then I got hit with a doozy of a headcold that turned into a sinus infection.  Thanks to some good antibiotics and 2 days of rest, I'm on the mend, but I didn't get nearly as much finished as I wanted! 

To save the easily offended, Baby covered up the bad word.  :p

Starry Night Over Hogwarts - Wendigo Backpack (XOXO by Lauren Pattern Testing)

I have said it before, and I'll say it again, I love pattern testing!  Digging into my stash for fun fabrics, and doing whatever strikes my fancy is a great break from the orders.  I love working with people to create their dream bag, but sometimes I just want to go my own direction and see what happens!

WIP Wednesday - Spinning My Wheels

I feel like I've done a whole lot of nothing this past week, but I've been either sewing or crafting every day and nothing is getting finished!  My hope is that magically everything will finish up at once and I can start the rest of the projects on my lists!

Auditioning snaps for them all...I have enough engraved and shapes that I could coordinate almost anything!

Sometimes my customers send me fabric from their own stash, which only causes me a little panic because if I screw it up, there's no wiggle room!  Fortunately I did NOT screw it up and this one actually ended up super cute!
