WIP Wednesday - Where Did February Go??

Last time I checked, it was the start of the month, and now we only have a week left in this month...I know it's a short month, but COME ON!  I've barely touched my embroidery machine this week, other than making some white tiger felties, which are much cuter than the orange ones.
I think the tiger in white rainbow glitter vinyl is ADORABLE!
I'm starting to get my sew-jo back, although if you follow me on Instagram (@Tiger_in_a_tornado) you saw the struggle I had with making a simple boxy pouch this weekend....it wasn't pretty and even my seam ripper got tired and tried to run away several times.  I didn't want to waste the pretty fabric, but I think I might have to toss the pouch since the first one never did end up right....I'd give it away but it's not really even usable.
Take 1....a thin, square pouch. Hmm, no.
Lots of seam ripping lead to this...almost got it, but not quite...
Take 2....right shape, wrong way on the zipper...so close.
So I gave up on the boxy shape and went back to just a boxy bottom, which was much easier to wrap my brain around.  I need to write up a tutorial for it, and then it might become something I offer ready made on etsy (or maybe just custom orders...don't want to waste my good fabric on things that might not sell!).  The good news is that I'm almost back on track for this month, just have one more purse to finish up and ship out before the month ends, and I might even get a chance to get started on next month's orders!
This one turned out great, soon I'll have a tutorial up, hopefully!
I wonder what it would be like to have a 1-2 week turnaround instead of 3-5 weeks...that might be a bit too ambitious for me.  Hmm....
