Another fun Backstitch fabric from my collection made this awesome Scorpio Tote from XOXO by Lauren look amazing!

Forbidden Forest! |

Fang! |
This is a sleek bag. It's pretty big but also very thin! Perfect for laptops! There are minimal pockets, just an inside slip pocket and zipper pocket, and the top has a zipper to close it all up.
Inside has the same creatures fabic |
Perfect for carrying a (mini) gamekeeper! |
I had to modify the pattern a little to really show off the panels since I wanted to have more of the creatures fabric and the panels weren't quite as wide as the entire bag. I can't remember exactly how I did it, but I think I just laid the 2 fabrics right side together, drew a diagonal line, and sewed on it, then cut off the extra and cut the new piece to the lining size. I feel like there was some quilting experience called into play, but it's been a while since I made this tote and I'm lucky if I remember what I did last week...

Mini Hagrid was modeling the bag for me |
I dug into my stash and found some epic hardware to make this bag even better! The Hogwarts crest connectors were some I bought because they were pretty and had no idea what to use them on...this was perfect!
These are pretty heavy hardware, but so pretty! |
The night-mare zipper tape and hallows zipper from Wizardry, Stitchery, and Crafts looked amazing with this fabric!
Even the zipper is magical! |
Rainbow webbing adds a fun touch |
This tote bag order had a few fun extras! I made a teeny backpack and matching hand sanitizer carrier.
The teal glitter vinyl is one of my favorites |
It matches the bag perfectly! |
I don't have a snap for EVERY occasion, but I do have a snap for most! |
I had a little fun using my Hagrid and Norbert figures to try to show how small the teeny backpack really is...and it's so adorable!
'C'mon Norbert, get in the backpack' |
'Who's a good dragon?' |
