WIP Wednesday - Time to Take Stock

With the show coming up this weekend, it's a really good time to go through my inventory and see what I need to focus on replacing (finger puppets, snap tabs, doodles), clearing out (so many hooded towels, purses, and blankets that take up a LOT of storage space), and new things I want to make (stockings, zipper bags, new embroidery designs, Mav packs). I really need to go through the tubs because there is a growing collection of random, 1-off things I made and stopped putting out, so they have been living in the tubs for years now...or things that got banged up and need a little tlc.

I'm starting to work on some new invoices and a few new orders are getting added to the list, plus I've bought a few new patterns I'm itching to try out! I came up with a list of my next (50ish) embroidery items I want to stitch up...after I catch up on some etsy orders and get a few extra Paw Patrol wing sets made! It's getting close to costume time, so I'm going to try to stay ahead of the orders! It's about to get hectic with school starting again (next week!!) but I'm hoping we adjust quickly. Depending on how the orders come in, I may actually be able to take Christmas orders through October, instead of my first week of October cut off. Maybe this will be the year I get stockings up on etsy BEFORE the season starts! (no promises tho)

Embroidery Orders/Projects: 

• Embroidered pre-made tote bags (0/15) - Taking orders and also making samples for Etsy/craft shows
• Blankets - I need to stop buying blankets and just stitch up the ones I have...I'm running out of space!

  Craft Show Projects (and RTS items): I'll restock soon!

• Doodle Dolls - Goal of at least 3 each of the patterns I own, extras of the popular ones, and then list on Etsy!
• Crochet Cowls (mini button scarves) - Goal of 15 for fall craft shows, need to get started on these again!
• Holiday geeky Stockings (0/10) - Tried the mini pattern and have some other sizes cut, need to sew more for inventory for the fall
• Lanterns (0/14) - all that are left in my stash!
• Embroidered hand towels (0/15)
• Crayon Rolls - Goal of 20 for summer/fall shows
• Posh books - (precut vinyl, need to throw these on the machine when I have time)
• Key fobs (restock and stitch new styles)
• Pocket Pals 
• Ornaments - Finish the ones in the stash, stitch up a few new ones
• Finger puppets - check inventory, stitch missing ones from sets, add in a new set or 4.

Current Crochet UFO's:

• The Child mini version - Found him, looks like he just needs ears and a robe!
• baby blanket with Boho style Racoon- 90% done with applique pieces -  need to finally put this together, maybe I'll just put it in a frame!
• Dragon scarf - worked on it a bit, need to finish it up!
• Cotton coffee cup cozies - debating doing more of these...
• WeeBee baby doll  - Just needs some face details, and maybe a swimsuit to wear when she's not in her tail...bikini sort of works...made up my own pattern and it's interesting...
• Chunky Unicorn Blanket - almost finished up to the hood, then just ears, horn, and fringe! - This got stashed somewhere, so I need to remember where the 'safe place' is.
• C2C (corner to corner) baby doll blanket crochet with some random scarfie yarn - Need to figure out what hook I was using...
• Mermaid tail towel, need to dig this back out.

• Doctor Who Pick a Pocket - Now that I've made several of these, I should be able to finish this one quickly, if I ever pull it out
• Goldfish Lovey - fish is made, bowl is mostly made, needs put together
• Dragon Lovey - pieces and the blanket done
• Wisteria Wallets - 2 cut and ready to be assembled 
• Bella II in Tula Pink Foxfield - Just needs grommets!
• Sea turtle crochet lovey
• Crochet Worgen 
• Alice in Wonderland Bonnie 
• Tulip pouches - have some cut out (pattern)
• Crochet Giraffe photographer  
• CL hats - have maybe 3 or 4 cut, sewing them together should be pretty fast
