WIP Wednesday - Break Time!

I've got everything finished up that I needed to before the move, so now it's time to pack like a maniac!  And I'm sure once we get moved in I'll go through my stash again and see what I can thin out!
Alison Glass and Fairy Frost fabrics

I even squeezed in some teacher appreciation gifts, nothing like last minute!  Thanks to Ohana Appliques for the free mug rug pattern (available in her FB group)

Tula Pink Owls and flowers!

Tonight the sewing machine will be unplugged and put away, tomorrow the embroidery machine will be dropped off for a spa visit, and then the packing and sorting will really kick into gear!  I think I'll leave out some of my embroidery finishes to cut out so I don't go through total craft withdrawal... plus I need to do more research into organizing my stash, so any advice on that would be appreciated!

Current Projects:

  • Possibly pattern testing -Done but you have to wait until June to see it!
  • Taking a break to pack everything up!

Current Crochet Projects:

Colors are much prettier in's about doll blanket sized.
  • WeeBee baby doll  -  Tail/bikini left.
  • Chunky Unicorn Blanket - almost finished up to the hood, then just ears, horn, and fringe!
  • Figuring out C2C (corner to corner) crochet with some random scarfie yarn...ran out of yarn before I finished!  Now to decide if I frog back with yarn that hates being undone, or buy another skein if I can find it...
  • Started working on cowls for the fall because they are mindless and fast...but I really should totally finish them, not leave them with tails and button-less...

Next Projects: (orders and using up fabric)

  • Handkerchief Purse
  • Bag of the Month - February and March - going to try to do at least 4 of the patterns before the club ends in June!
  • custom knit leggings - Harry Potter marauder's map (?)
  • Tote bags using my new coffee panels - India Swoon Pattern?
  • Baby quilt - Jungle Path pattern
