WIP Wednesday - Ooops!

Somehow I forgot to finish the update post last week, so now I get to look like I was actually productive!
Next project!

One of the downsides to making stuff as a business is that I have to consistently keep meeting deadlines and spend the time to promote and build up my business. Most of the time that is no problem at all and I actually do enjoy the process of coming up with a 'perfect' purse for customers and trying new and fun combos. But every so often I just feel lazy and want to spend an entire weekend reading books or napping..then I feel guilty for not working on orders, so I don't enjoy it as much.  However, now that I am limiting the number of orders I'm taking in, I do have that wiggle room to take a little time to relax without feeling like I'm behind on EVERYTHING!   I might need to cut back on my fabric ordering to match the orders, but the stress reduction is worth it!
It's begging for stickers!
I may not have been super productive, but I did finally get my toolchest for my hardware organization! I need to label everything now, but that will take at least a weekend...so maybe I'll let a kid run wild with my label machine and hope they actually make real labels...not 'shiny stuff' 'more shiny stuff' 'don't eat this' or other random crazy labels...or maybe that's just what I would have done as a kid...
One of the drawers. They're all pretty close to this full...I prefer to call it a collection, not a stockpile

  • Cotton coffee cup cozies - add buttons and felties, keep making more...
  • WeeBee baby doll  - Just needs some face details, and maybe a swimsuit to wear when she's not in her tail...bikini sort of works...made up my own pattern and it's interesting...
  • Chunky Unicorn Blanket - almost finished up to the hood, then just ears, horn, and fringe! - This got stashed somewhere, so I need to remember where the 'safe place' is.
