Supernatural Sydney (Swoon)

For a while, Sydney from Swoon (affiliated link) was one of my highest requested styles of purse, but it seems like it has been a while since the last one I made!

The names the brothers call each other was requested for the front pockets!

I really do love the fun details of the front of this bag, so many pockets and opportunities for featuring great fabric!

The back slip pocket even worked for this panel, with minimal modification.  The Baby fabric and panel are custom printed from Sky Love Creations and the words/image toss is from Knitorious.

The lining is a fun plaid I found at Joann's, it's a cotton woven, but reminds me of the "hunter's uniform" aka a plaid flannel shirt!  The inside zipper is also green, which pops nicely and is a subtle nod to Dean's green eyes. ;)  (Yes, we went for all the cheesy stuff we could in this bag!  It's important to have fun making and wearing a custom purse, otherwise, what's the point??)

The zipper pulls from Wizardry, Stitchery, and Crafts really added a perfect touch to the bag! I love using the bar D rings, they keep the connectors from slipping around, which is a pet peeve of mine! She's going to start carrying them in different sizes, and she beefed them up so they are even sturdier!  Can't wait to try them out!

The modifications I made for this one were to increase the gusset size (made it about 1" wider), added in the inside slip pockets, and increased the height of the back pocket slightly.
