Am I caught up? Not actually, but I feel like I have a manageable amount of orders finally! It helps that a bunch of upcoming ones are smaller/simple styles and should only take a day or 2 each (famous last words?)

WIP Thursday - One Small Step...

can really mess up your day! This getting older thing is not for the weak, I stepped out of my car earlier this week and suddenly had pain in my knee.  It's finally going away, but I miss the days when I could do just about anything and not mysteriously hurt myself. Like sleeping wrong now could mean that I'm unable to turn my neck for a day or 2...

Jurassic Teddy Mommy & Me Backpack (RLR Creations)

I usually avoid making full sized backpacks, mainly because I remember how much I always shoved in my school bags and I don't know if I can make anything that will stand up to that kind of abuse (and the bought ones would bust eventually anyway), but this cute backpack suckered me in!

Wrangling kids or dinosaurs, it's about the same amount of biting and poo cleaning...

WIP Thursday - Time for a Fun Interlude!

I've been busting through orders pretty quickly, so I needed a break and a fun, quick project.  I decided to try some flat coloring dolls, and I'm kind of in love with them! They can be cleaned and recolored, so not just a one-time use item.  And they are totally adorable. Also much bigger than I expected...

WIP Thursday - Starting Off with a Bang!

New year, same list, but at least I'm finally marking things off again! I had a pretty productive first few days of the year, and I'm planning on keeping that up!  I took some time to just relax and do whatever I felt like at the end of last year, which I really needed.

Grey Hats Begonia Drawstring Backpack (Blue Calla)

The final Begonia in my initial run used a fabric I've been hanging onto for a while! This was from a older mystery box, and IMO, the best version! The Grey Hats from Backstitch has lots of details and gorgeous colors!
